Then you might be the person we are looking for, as we are currently recruiting an office assistant to our office in the center of Vaasa. The job includes several different tasks and responsibilities.
Your main responsibilities
- Update our website
- Produce news for our website and LinkedIn
- Coordinate marketing activities with external consultants
- Support in producing marketing materials such as company presentations and newspaper ads
- Maintain and update document templates in accordance with our brand manual
- Arrange marketing activities and events
- Receptionist tasks
- Communication with different service providers (cleaning etc.)
- Office maintenance including office and kitchen supplies
- Meeting and event preparation and support
- Printing and mailing letters
- Agreement administration
Financial administration support
- Support in monthly invoicing
- Handling and booking of incoming invoices
What we expect from you
- You are social, service-minded and love helping all your colleagues.
- You are equipped with common sense and can-do attitude.
- Your personality matters more than previous work experience or formal education.
- You have strong language skills and are able to produce flawless texts in English and Finnish. In addition, you communicate fluently in Swedish.
- You are a visual person that has an eye for design.
- You are familiar with all Microsoft office programs as well as WordPress. Additional technical or IT experience is a plus.
